Executive Search

We begin every search for candidates by analysing the client's position and sector. We follow up by compiling an individual requirements profile in accordance with our defined search strategy. After evaluating the results and feedback from the client, we then commence the search for candidates, using various methods:

Potential candidates are summarised in a shortlist, and we carefully review their profiles.
Only when we are certain that a candidate's skills, experience and personality correspond to that of the requirements specification do we present the client with brief written profiles of the screened applicants. On the basis of this manageable list, our client can then select the best qualified candidates with a view to long-term appointments. We are involved in the selection process right up until the contract is concluded.

We meticulously document every step in the process so that our clients benefit from maximum transparency. Actual candidate selection involves an in-depth analysis of aptitude: the expertise and managerial abilities of applicants are evaluated and appraised to determine the extent to which they coincide with the values of the candidate-seeking company.
